What I do is different (in a good way;))

I have been in the sports and fitness world for YEARS (yes I'm aging myself) but let me tell you, I love my continuing ed! I have certifications in Athletic Training, Strength training, Yoga, and Massage Therapy, Holistic Nutrition & Health coaching, but after a while I realized that each of these specialties on their own were amazing, but the clients I was working with needed more than just strength, or just yoga, or just massage! I needed to put the best pieces from each of these individual programs into simple, fast, and effective routines, that they could take and do on their own, everyday! It's impossible to do all the things all the time, especially if you are trying to figure it out on your own...and the results from these programs have been exactly what we all need in our world these days. Simple, effective, easy to follow, and fast.

A little about me...


I'm Jo! The founder of my favorite business...Kinetic Performance, and running through this crazy life with my amazing husband, and 4 super active kids:)   I coach volleyball and basketball, try my best to be an organizer of all things life, and my ultimate goal is to help as many busy professionals and athletes like you, move better and perform better every day with the quickest, most effective, programs and fitness communities!
I began my career as a certified athletic trainer, loved it but felt I needed more...added my NSCA certified strength & conditioning specialist certification and began teaching fitness classes (including yoga, which I hated for 3 weeks, then fell in love with:))

AND  I could see that my clients needed more too! 
They didn't have time to come see me as a massage client, personal training client, and health coaching client, and I certainly didn't have time to see everyone in that manner either!

But let's go over just a few things:)

Programs don't work just because you buy them (wouldn't that be nice;)), they still take work, so be prepared to do the videos in order to see real changes!

Always check with your doctor before starting any program, to be sure it is the right fit for you! And listen to your body, just because it's in the video, it might be an exercise that doesn't feel right for you, so be sure to modify and adjust to what your body and common sense is telling you.
