A little about me
Hey I'm Jo! Founder of Kinetic Performance with Jo.
I am here to help busy professionals and athletes (no matter what their age or fitness level) optimize their daily performance through movement and fitness strategies!
 
 
After working as a certified athletic trainer, certified strength & conditioning coach, & teaching fitness and yoga classes.  I went back to school and added in Massage Therapy and now work as a Licensed MT (which I love!) but I knew my clients needed more than just a class a few times a week or a massage every few weeks! Even though we could have a great class or they could leave feeling great after a massage, the results weren't always lasting, and the root cause was finding the balance between strength, endurance, and mobility.

My clients didn't have time to come see me for massage, personal training, a yoga class, and health coaching client, and I certainly didn't have time to see everyone in that manner either! 

So online programs began! They needed to be quick, effective, and no bullshit. Straight to the point workouts, corrective exercise programs, and health coaching. Programs I needed just as much as my clients did! 
Even with all the certifications I still struggled on my health and fitness journey, but as I show up everyday and figure it out, I want you to come along with me!

We might not be exactly the same, but I'm here to show you that if I can show up for this crazy world and keep striving to put my best effort out there, you can too! I don't expect perfection, I want quick fast results, and I want it to be fun!!

 I'm busy, athletic, learning to thrive with auto-immune,  have 4 amazing kiddos, run a business, coach my kids, love on my husband, and make fitness a priority! 
It might not be or look perfect, but it works! and I love leading you to find YOUR fun while you are on your health journey, no matter what that looks like!
