Each week is a new round of on demand videos that flow from strength day (Mondays and Thursdays), low impact cardio/sculpt days (Tuesdays and Fridays) and yoga day on Wednesdays. This on demand series is perfect to follow along with in your living room (you will want a set of dumbbells'), and fits in the morning, on a work break, or when ever you have time to fit it in. (only 20 minutes!)
