Is there a refund? 
I do not offer a refund on this course as once you have access, there are multiple ways for you to save or copy the plan. Also, I firmly trust your instinct that this course is for you! I do not want you to live with pain or tension & can't wait to see the progress you can make!

Do I need specialized equipment for this? 
  Most of what we use you probably already have. While I recommend certain tools, in the later videos, they would not be a necessity to start this course and see results. That being said, if you don't have any weights or modes of resistance (such as a band) the small investment it would take would be well worth it!
