With all the clients I have seen, there is a huge underlying problem!

It didn't matter if my clients were 18 year old athletes or 65 year old retired farmers, everybody seemed to have the same tension in their neck and shoulders, causing shoulder pain, neck pain, headaches, and more. 
I was even starting to experience the same effect after seeing clients as a massage therapist all day! And it was getting to the point where I couldn't even throw a ball with my kids anymore or play recreational sports! :( 

The world we live in is fast and furious, and the time it takes to keep up with everything we "should" do seems a bit ridiculous most days. It's no wonder that most of us just resign to the fact that this is how it's going to be from now on, and decide to live with it....some days are better than others and some days are just going to suck.

When the only other option is signing up for endless PT appointments or trying to mash a few things together from Youtube.
"Chalking it up to getting older" just seems like the logical course of action.

After working as a certified athletic trainer, certified strength & conditioning coach, & teaching fitness and yoga classes.  I went back to school and added in Massage Therapy and now work as a Licensed MT (which I love!) but I knew my clients needed more than just a class a few times a week or a massage every few weeks! Even though we could have a great class or they could leave feeling great after a massage, the results weren't always lasting, and the root cause was finding the balance between strength, endurance, and mobility.  
My clients didn't have time to come see me for massage, personal training, a yoga class, and health coaching client, and I certainly didn't have time to see everyone in that manner either! 

So online programs began! They needed to be quick, effective, and no bullshit. Straight to the point workouts, corrective exercise programs, and health coaching. Programs I needed just as much as my clients did!

Your time is valuable!

Steel Shoulders is a program that anyone can do, anywhere. Simply follow along the video links from any device! Each video is a new routine that progressively builds on the one before it so you can completely customize the program depending on how fast you progress. (9 progressive videos with guided self manual therapy instruction, range of motion, corrective exercises, activation, endurance, and strength!) Oh and let's not forget it's all in one video at a time format, no flipping back and forth between pages, exercise examples, and confusing excel formats.
