You know, there is quite a disconnect in this world with Monday! We've all been there, Sunday night finishing up all the things, dreading having to get up in the morning and "do it all again".  So what's going on?
Too much!
Too much stuff
Too many activities
Too many projects
Too many chores
Too many options  (yes mental/decision fatigue is a REAL thing)

Guys, we are so busy doing all the things so we can have a better life, and in the end the things take over the life and guess what...it isn't better. 
If you aren't enjoying your Monday's maybe you aren't enjoying all of your days? 

As we enter this time of year, it's a great time to reflect on the inner us. To hunker down and reset, restore, and rejuvenate!  What is it that you WANT to be doing, what brings you joy, and health, and inner peace.  What is bringing you strength? 

When you stop doing what you HAVE to do and start doing what you want to do, do you even know what that is?  Do you even know what vitality and energy feels like anymore, or are you so tied to all the shoulds, coulds, and woulds in your life that you are forgetting about the enjoyment of life? 

I encourage you to take some time this season to reflect and slow down a bit to remember who you are:)
